This web site is owned and operated by Wildlife Response, Inc. (“WRI”) and is offered
subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions
contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, WRI’s
Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this site by WRI.
Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not
agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the web site. If these terms
and conditions are considered an offer by WRI under applicable law, acceptance is
expressly limited to these terms. These terms and conditions shall supersede any
subsequent terms or conditions stated in any purchase order, whether or not WRI signs
such terms or conditions. WRI reserves the right in its sole discretion to make changes to

JURISDICTION AND VENUE:

These Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and WRI or
its affiliates or subsidiaries will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles, as it is
applied to agreements entered into and performed therein, and excluding (i) the United
Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; (ii) the 1974
convention on the Limitation Period in the International Sale of Goods; and (iii) the Protocol
amending the 1974 Convention, done at Vienna April 11, 1980. Any action brought to
enforce this Agreement or matters related to the site will be brought in the appropriate
state or federal courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia with jurisdiction in Virginia Beach,
Virginia; provided, however, that notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of
Use to the contrary, we shall have the right to institute judicial proceedings against you or
anyone acting by, through or under you, in order to enforce WRI’s rights hereunder
through reformation of contract, specific performance, injunction, or similar equitable
relief. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and irrevocably waive any objection,
including without limitation any objection to the laying of venue or based on the grounds of
inconvenient forum, which you may now or hereafter have to the bringing of any such

SEVERABILITY:

If any part of these Terms of Use is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part

We do not discriminate on the basis of age, race, national origin, gender, sexual
orientation, or religion. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to use the site without
the consent of their parent or legal guardian. We strongly encourage all parents and

relating to member or volunteer support, as well as in connection with products and

be asked for your name, phone number, and e-mail address so that we can provide you

activities of that user. Information collected in this way includes the IP address of the user
accessing our site (i.e. the unique I.D. number of the user's computer), the type of browser

our site, the website the user last visited before linking to our site, how long the user
accessed our site in any given session, and the date and time of access. We may make
