To all,

It is with sincere gratitude that we thank everyone who has supported Wildlife Response, Inc (WRI) throughout the journey we have taken over the past 7 years. As Pablo Picasso said - “Everything you can imagine is real.” WRI imagined a place for wildlife, and now we are on the cusp of something real.

This realization could not have happened without the support of our members and volunteers. We are grateful to the city council of Virginia Beach for believing in us. We are humbled by the outpouring of support and blessings from the community. And we know that WRI’s mission, our “dedication to the preservation of wildlife through rehabilitation and education” will continue down the path that leads to the "Wildlife Response and Rehabilitation Center" (WRRC). Our rehabilitation and education services will continue to grow, like the orphans we care for and, as we have throughout our 20 year existence, WRI will work with all individuals and organizations who have the same vision.

This new path on the road to help the wildlife of our area will be paved with the hard work and dedication of our volunteers and our community. As we journey with you all, we hope that you will feel the benefits as much as the wild creatures we all care for.
